as pictured, seems like any average boob tape. it comes in a roll wrapped in plastic, and the tape itself has a white paper backing that you take off to allow it to stick. i havent got a chance to use it yet, but if you have difficulty with removal i would recommend using an oil or taking a hot shower or bath to help loosen the tape, and be careful around your nips lol
