You have 60 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on ROMWE.com for return.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.
And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
NOTE: If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
How To Return
Steps are easy to follow:
1.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit to choose the return method. Each Return Label charges 9CAD which will be deducted from the refund.
2.Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
3.Drop it off at the corresponding post office or parcel shop. (The return label we provide only works in the shipping from Canada ).
Note: After you have already used one return label to return some items, but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 60 days of the purchase date. There are two ways:
① you can use another one or more return labels we provided and pay 9CAD return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund .
② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost. But we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery.
Refunds will typically be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or Wallet, as per your request.
Note：The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
