i received very fast, in less than a week! haven’t put them on yet but i can feel that there’s different levels of resistance and that’s what i was looking for. thank you for such fast shipping! i start working out tomorrow hopefully! the 2 darkest colors on each side are the thicker ones and the lighter colors in the middle are the thin ones. very satisfied.
